Abstract
Nowadays, Education policies and principles of Education have responded to learner needs. They focus on student centered management and adapt the curriculum to be more suitable for learners. Not only the regular education but also special education is improved for children with special needs. This article offers the importance of educational for children with special needs , a history of inclusive education and the guidelines for managing inclusive education by using PARAMEE MODEL under SEAT FREAMWORK in order to develop Inclusive education management in school which will lead to higher quality of Thai education.
