The creative integration classroom management of the 21st century

Abstract

The creative integration classroom management of the 21st century has shown teachers’ abilities to plan their effective classroom management which provides learning environment and its facilitation to learning activities. The creative integration classroom are required to gain competencies in both professional skills and various types of classroom management techniques for participatory learning. This willlead to creative integration of body of knowledge in order to develop or create innovation,provide information technology database connected from school wireless network, and promote the effective use of digital devices in the classroom for both teachers and students. Directors play creative roles in promoting classroom management in 21st century. They are required to be leaders in various aspects: technology, learning promotion, teacher performance development, technology resource promotion and learning environment creation. All of these roles will be conducted under creation of innovative classroom planning and identification of methods in collaboration with concerned people for the purpose of teachers’ classroom management and individual student growth as Thai citizens in 21st century.
