The Model of School Administrative Leadership and Networks of Relationship by Using Area - Based Towards Student Quality

Abstract

This research aims to develop school management model in which emphasizes leadership and relationship network by using the practical area as a base for the learner’s quality. The 5- steps integrated research methodology was used such as study basic information, develop the management model, put the management model into the practical area, evaluate the management model. The result illustrated that the management model consists of 5 components which is the core of management as the first component, the second component was the objectives of management the methods of management, the quality management assessment guidelines and the last component was the factor that affect the management success. The outcomes of managerial development model indicated that the accuracy and the possibility were at the high level, the overall acceptance of the management model was at a high level, the experimental result after using the management model was higher in both aspects of teacher competency evaluation in all 3 schools.

Furthermore, the results of using the management model were learning achievement of learners who are over level 3, the 8 learning areas has been increased more than last year, the overall average of national test scores (O-NET) from grade 6 students with all subjects was higher than last year national average while the outcomes of the overall teacher competency assessment in the entire school using the management model were also higher in both aspects.

The research also found out the overall results from the satisfaction survey on the implementation of teacher management model, educational personnel, school committee, parents, and students in which were at a high level whereas the evaluation result of the management model also displayed the appropriateness and benefit in which also at a high level.
