Development of Academic Strategic to Strengthen Environmentally Friendly Citizenship in School Under Bangkok Primary Education Service Area Office

Abstract
The objectives of this research are to 1) study the current condition Desired conditions and needs 2) Develop strategies 3) Evaluate strategic plans for academic administration to enhance environmentally friendly citizenship of primary school students. The sample group consisted of 205 educational institution administrators and 410 teachers, totaling 615 people. The research instruments were questionnaires and interviews. Statistics used in data analysis include mean, standard deviation. and necessary needs Data were analyzed using computer programs. and descriptive analysis. The research results found that:
1.The current conditions and needs of academic administration in order to strengthen environmentally friendly citizenship of primary school students. It was found that primary schools in Bangkok There are strategies for managing academic administration. Participation in curriculum development learning management Developing measurement and evaluation processes and creating networks to develop media and learning resources. The overall current condition is at a moderate level. and expected conditions of academic administration Overall, it is at the highest level. For demand values, values greater than 0.30 are within the valid criteria for all criteria.
2.Development of academic administration strategies to enhance environmentally friendly citizenship of primary school students. In schools under Bangkok, there are 4 strategies: 1) Participatory strategy in curriculum development to promote environmentally friendly cities. 2) Strategies for efficiency in learning management, 3) Strategies for developing measurement and evaluation processes in digital technology, and 4) Strategies for creating networks to develop media and learning resources.
3.Evaluation of the academic administration strategy model to enhance environmentally friendly citizenship of primary school students. It was found that the results of the evaluation were appropriate. possibility and utilization at the highest level
