Abstract

The objective of this research is to develop a management model for extra-large schools in special mountainous areas under the Primary Educational Service Area Office. The three steps are carried out as follows: 1) Study the current conditions. Desired condition and necessary needs in school administration, 2) create a school administration model, and 3) evaluate school administration models The population includes: Administrators and teachers, totaling 252 people. The sample group was 161 people, classified as follows: 1) Sangkhlaburi Kindergarten School (Ban Wang Ka) under the Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 3, classified as 4 administrators, 83 teachers, totaling 87 people. 2) Ban Theot Thai School Under the jurisdiction of the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 3, classified as Administered by 5 people, 83 teachers, a total of 88 people. 3) Ban Khek Noi School Under the jurisdiction of the Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2, classified as 4 administrators, 73 teachers, a total of 77 experts in the seminar based on experts, divided into 3 groups: Group 1, experts in the administration of educational institutions. Special area on Mountain Group 2: Experts in the policy of educational administration in special mountain areas. Group 3: People with academic work. Research or innovation in the management of educational institutions in special mountain areas and 30 experts in format evaluation, who must have any of the following qualifications: 1) Must be graduates in Doctoral level Educational Administration field and have experience in managing educational institutions for 10 years or more 2) People with experience in managing extra-large schools or schools in special mountainous areas under the Primary Educational Service Area Office 3) People who have a stake in the management of extra-large schools in special areas on Mountains under the Primary Educational Service Area Office Tools used include questionnaires, structured interviews. and assessment form Analyze data from the average standard deviation and priority index of essential needs and analyze content-oriented data. The research results found that the administrative model for extra-large schools in special mountainous areas under the jurisdiction of the Primary Educational Service Area Office, using the school as a base, consists of the principles, objectives, and components of educational administration. This model has a high level of accuracy and feasibility.
