Conditions and Guidelines for Developing Creative Leadership of School Administrators under the Sukhothai Secondary Educational Service Area Office

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study the creative leadership condition of school administrators under the Sukhothai Secondary Educational Service Area Office and guidelines for developing creative leadership among school administrators under the Sukhothai Secondary Educational Service Area Office. The research method was divided into 2 steps; namely, step 1: study of the creative leadership condition of school administrators under the Sukhothai Secondary Educational Service Area Office. The 285 samples consisted of teachers and school administrators using a 5 rating scale questionnaire on the condition of creative leadership of school administrators under the Sukhothai Secondary Educational Service Area Office. Data were analyzed using mean and standard deviation. The second step is study of guidelines for developing creative leadership of school administrators. under the Sukhothai Secondary Educational Service Area Office. The data were obtained from 3 experts using an in-depth interview for developing creative leadership on school administrators. under the Sukhothai Secondary Educational Service Area Office. Data were analyzed by content analysis. The results of this research were: 1) Condition of creative leadership of school administrators under the Sukhothai Secondary Education Area. consisted of 5 areas. It was found that the highest mean was creativity, followed by having vision. and the lowest mean was having imagination; 2) Results of the study of guidelines for developing creative leadership from school administrators under the Sukhothai Secondary Educational Service Area Office found that the Secondary Educational Service Area Office creative leadership of school administrators should be developed. by allowing school administrators to present a picture of the good future creating new things. The different opinions of various people must be listened to with respect. Knowledge from previous experiences must be applied to new ideas to benefit the schools. The school administrators and teachers must be able to work together focusing on goals and promotes the learning of teachers within the team. The school administrators build confidence using imagination by coming out as a vision. And be approachable.
