Abstract
In today’s rapidly changing world, educational institutions are facing a wide range of challenges, including technological advancements, educational reform, increasing societal expectations, and growing competition. In particular, the emergence of modern technologies in the era of artificial intelligence has begun to play a significant role in educational administration. School administrators must therefore be prepared to respond to these global changes by addressing existing shortcomings and developing appropriate behaviors. If educational administrators are able to develop self-leadership, it can become a powerful force that enables collaboration with stakeholders to effectively drive the institution’s mission toward achieving its goals.
