An Evaluation of the Sufficiency Economy Innovation Development Project Klong Thom Kindergarten Krabi Primary Educational Service Area Office

Abstract

            The evaluative research on An Evaluation of the Sufficiency Economy Innovation Development Project at Klong Thom Kindergarten School, Krabi Primary Educational Service Area Office, aimed to assess the project's effectiveness based on the four levels of the Kirkpatrick Model: Reaction, Learning, Behavior, and Results. The sample group consisted of 64 participants, including trainers, teachers, and students, selected by purposive sampling. Research instruments included questionnaires, tests, observation forms, and interviews. Quantitative data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, and percentage, while qualitative data were analyzed using content analysis.

            The research findings are summarized as follows: 1) Reaction: The overall satisfaction was at the Highest level ( = 4.57), with the highest satisfaction being towards the trainers. 2) Learning: The post-training test scores averaged 85.45%, which was significantly higher than the pre-training scores (40.69%) and exceeded the established criterion of 70%. 3) Behavior: The overall behavior was at the Highest level ( = 4.53). The highest mean was observed in cooperation and teamwork ( = 4.78), while the lowest mean was found in the application with local materials ( = 4.33). 4) Results: The project positively impacted learners' knowledge, skills (responsibility and collaboration), and attitudes. Furthermore, it elevated the school's image to be a Role Model for sustainable education management, aligning with the local context.
