THE ANALYSIS OF THE CURRENT SITUATION OF THE RESEARCH ON THE STRUCTURE OF THE CULTURAL TEACHING ABILITY OF THE INTERNATIONAL CHINESE TEACHERS

International Chinese teachers, play an important role in Introducing Chinese culture to the world and responding to the cultural diversity of the world and culture. In recent years, China has published a number of international Chinese education industry standardization documents. Such as Classification Criteria for International Chinese Language Teachers (t/ISCLT 001-2022) and so on. The publication of a series of guiding documents has provided important guidance for the construction of international Chinese teacher cultural teaching capacity. There is also a lot of standardization around the world related to second language education. This analysis will be conducted through reviewing the literature and building the competency structure mode, and then puts forward some strategies for the development of the cultural teaching ability of international Chinese teachers.
