การพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศสำหรับการบริหารจัดการโครงการ คณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) วิเคราะห์ ออกแบบ และพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศสำหรับการบริหารจัดการโครงการ 2) ประเมินประสิทธิภาพระบบสารสนเทศสำหรับการบริหารจัดการโครงการ และ 3) ประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้งานระบบสารสนเทศสำหรับการบริหารจัดการโครงการ โดยกระบวนการในการพัฒนาระบบใช้วงจรการพัฒนาระบบแบบ SDLC (Software development life cycle) ซึ่งพัฒนาระบบอยู่ในรูปแบบเว็บแอปพลิเคชันโดยใช้ภาษา PHP และใช้ Maria DB เป็นระบบจัดการฐานข้อมูล มีการประเมินประสิทธิภาพระบบและประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานโดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการประเมิน และสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า บุคลากรสามารถยื่นข้อเสนอโครงการ โครงการฉบับสมบูรณ์ และรายงานผลโครงการผ่านระบบออนไลน์ได้ทุกที่ทุกเวลา อีกทั้งผู้บริหารสามารถตรวจสอบความซ้ำซ้อนของโครงการที่ยื่นขออนุมัติได้จากระบบ และสามารถดูข้อมูลภาพรวมของโครงการในปีงบประมาณปัจจุบันที่บันทึกเข้าในระบบได้ทันที รวมถึงการใช้ระบบสารสนเทศในการจัดเก็บข้อมูลโครงการจะทำให้มีการจัดการข้อมูลอย่างเป็นระบบ ซึ่งจะช่วยให้การสืบค้นข้อมูลโครงการในอดีตและปัจจุบันสามารถสืบค้นได้อย่างสะดวก รวดเร็ว ตรงตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้ ผลการประเมินประสิทธิภาพระบบสารสนเทศจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (M = 4.58, SD = 0.673) และผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจการใช้งานระบบจากผู้ใช้งานระบบ พบว่า ค่าความพึงพอใจในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (M = 4.43, SD = 0.434)
