แนวทางการพัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสารเรื่องเพศสัมพันธ์ที่รับผิดชอบของพ่อแม่ที่เป็นเกษตรกร ในจังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์

Abstract

การสื่อสารเรื่องเพศสัมพันธ์ที่รับผิดชอบในการสร้างทักษะชีวิตเรื่องเพศให้กับลูกวัยรุ่นที่ผ่านมายังขาดแนวทางการสนับสนุนบทบาทพ่อแม่ในทางปฏิบัติอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม   การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดทำข้อเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสารเรื่องเพศสัมพันธ์ที่รับผิดชอบของพ่อแม่ที่เป็นเกษตรกรในอำเภอลับแล จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ ดำเนินการศึกษาโดยใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) โดยการสนทนากลุ่ม สัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก การระดมสมอง การสังเกตแบบไม่มีส่วนร่วมในผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นชายหญิง 146 ราย พ่อแม่ 34 ราย ครอบครัวมารดาวัยรุ่นที่ 6 ครอบครัว ตรวจสอบข้อมูลแบบสามเส้า วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากการให้รหัส จัดหมวดหมู่ วิเคราะห์เนื้อหา และการหาข้อสรุปอุปนัยส่งผลให้มีการสื่อสารกับลูกน้อยมากในด้านบทบาททางเพศ  และพฤติกรรมเพศสัมพันธ์ที่ปลอดภัยเพื่อป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์และโรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์  ข้อเสนอกระบวนการสร้างทักษะการสื่อสารเรื่องเพศให้กับพ่อแม่ที่เป็นเกษตรกรคือ 

การขับเคลื่อนนโยบายลงสู่การปฏิบัติแบบบูรณาการกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ได้แก่ ระบบสุขภาพ  และโรงเรียน  ในการพัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสารเพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจกับพ่อแม่ในประเด็นที่สำคัญได้แก่ พัฒนาการวัยรุ่นทั้งร่างกายและจิตใจ  สภาพสังคมที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไป  การสร้างทัศนคติและความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกในครอบครัว  ทักษะการฟัง การตั้งคำถาม การวางเป้าหมายชีวิต  สร้างความรู้สึกมีคุณค่าในตนเองและผู้อื่น   และการสร้างทักษะด้านการคิดเชิงวิเคราะห์

สรุปและข้อเสนอแนะ:การพัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสารเรื่องเพศสัมพันธ์ที่รับผิดชอบของพ่อแม่ที่เป็นเกษตรกรนั้น  ควรมีกระบวนการขับเคลื่อนที่เป็นรูปธรรมทางการปฏิบัติ  ในการนำไปใช้ในครอบครัวและเตรียมความพร้อมเมื่อลูกเริ่มเข้าสู่วัยรุ่น  ทั้งนี้ควรมีการดำเนินงานร่วมกันระหว่างหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทั้งระบบสุขภาพ  กระทรวงศึกษา และหน่วยงานภาคีเพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจต่อพัฒนาการของวัยรุ่นที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไป

DEVELOPMENT ABOUT SEXUAL RESPONSIBILITY COMMUNICATION SKILL OF FARMER PARENTS IN UTTARADIT PROVINCE

Sexual responsibility communication guidelines for building teenagers sex lifeskills were lack for support the parents' role on substantial practice. This study aims to propose guidelines for developing farmer parents on sexual responsibility communication skill in Uttaradit Province.The study was using the qualitative research by group discussion, in-depth interview, brain storming and non-participant observation in the key information including secondary school students men and women 146 cases, the parents 34 cases and adolescent mothers 6 family. Check the data by triangulation and data analysis by code then categorize with content analysis and finding the conclusion induction

The study was found that: Most of parents was accept as the art of children, but did not accept the sexual on students status. They are  focus on education as a first priority and beliefthat talking about sex have led to more sexual interest in children and then the parents are communication very little with their children about the gender roles and safesex behavior to prevent pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases.The sexual communication skills to farmer parents is a driving the policy to practice by integrated with related agencies and including with health organize and school for development. The communication skills for parents understanding has the important issues such as adolescent development about body and mind with in social change creation attitude, the positive relationship in the family, listening, questioning, the target life, self-esteem making and the others,  and analytical thinking

The conclusion and suggestion: The development of sexual responsibility communication parents farmers skill should be a concrete implementation process of practical for use in family and get ready when you start to teenagers. however, there should be mutual operation between the relevant agencies, the Ministry of education and health systems agency party to create understanding on the development of adolescent changes.
