ระบอบสวัสดิการอนุรักษ์นิยมและการคุ้มครองทางสังคมสำหรับสังคมสูงวัยในประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ
การสูงวัยอย่างมีสุขภาพดีถือว่าเป็นหนึ่งในเป้าหมายสำคัญในแนวทางการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนของสหประชาชาติ อันมาจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงโครงสร้างประชากรทำให้สังคมสูงวัยกลายเป็นประเด็นสำคัญระดับโลก บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่ออธิบายระบอบสวัสดิการอนุรักษ์นิยมที่ส่งเสริมสวัสดิการและแนวคิดการสูงวัยอย่างมีพลัง พร้อมทั้งวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์ประชากรสูงวัย การคุ้มครองทางสังคม และคุณลักษณะเฉพาะของระบอบสวัสดิการในประเทศไทย ผู้เขียนได้เสนอข้อโต้แย้งเกี่ยวกับทิศทางการพัฒนากระแสหลักสำหรับสังคมสูงวัย รวมถึงนโยบายส่งเสริมการทำงานและการออมเพื่อความมั่นคงหลังเกษียณ ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของการปรับปรุงและพัฒนานโยบายที่เหมาะสมเพื่อให้ผู้สูงวัยมีสุขภาพดีกับความอยู่ดีมีสุข
