A Study of Guidelines to Promote Administrative State Based on Good Governance Principle for School Administrators under The Local Administration Organization for Phichit

Abstract

This research aims to study the guidelines in enhancing the school administration based on good governance of school administrators under the Local Administration Organization of Phichit By using the aspect that had the lowest mean scores is in the main value to create the interview forms. The informants were 5 experts who had more than 10 years experiences in administration and their educations were not less than master degree. These experts were selected by specific selecting. The data were collected by a storage interview

The research results showed that :

                   Guidelines for the management of schools by promoting good governance of the school administrators under the Local Government Phichit province were as follows :

1. In the rule of law, the school administrators appointed a set of committee to evaluate its performance based on merit system and law.
2. In the Ethics, school administrators hold a meeting to allow teachers to raise any problems and find the solution together, respect each other opinion, and let everybody to participate in working.
3. In the principle of transparency, school administrators clarified the policy for everyone to understand and allow them to clarify any complaint in any matter.
4. In the principle of participation, school administrators provided activities for teachers to express their opinions, and to support teachers with the knowledge, materials and tools for their working.
5. In the primary responsibility, school administrators had an open mind and listened to other teachers’ opinions.
6. In the main value, school administrators hold the conference to plan in terms of using energy efficiency.
