Study of Dual System Education and Learning according to the Vocational Qualification of Private Vocational Education Institutions in Bangkok

Abstract

The objectives of this research was to study 1) Rating of Dual System Education and
learning according to the vocational qualification of Private Vocational Education Institutions
in Bangkok 2) Comparing of Dual System Education and learning according to the vocational
qualification of Private Vocational Education Institutions in Bangkok 3) The relationship
between Dual System Education and learning according to the vocational qualification of
Private Vocational Education Institutions in Bangkok. The samples for this research were 328
people from teachers of Private Vocational Institute Education with 278 people randomly
selected from the sampling methods. And the mentors of enterprise of 50 people by purposive
sampling tool used in research into the scale of values (Rating Scale 5 level). The statistics
used for data analysis were percentage values, average and standard deviation, t-test, F-test
and test methods associated with the Pearson product moment correlation coefficient. The
research finding were as follows:
1. Reviews of teacher of Private Vocational Education Institutions with the Dual
System Education program and mentors for teaching and learning in the Dual System Education
overall at high level. Found that the teaching management had the highest average, followed
by the measurement and evaluation and the educational supervision and the curriculum lowest
average and learning according to the vocational qualification overall at a high level. Found
that the Cognitive Domain are the highest average, followed by the Affective Domain and the
Psychomotor Domain lowest average.
2. A comparison of teacher of Private Vocational Education Institutions and teacher
training establishments are teaching different levels. Levels of Dual System Education reviews the
overall difference was statistically significant at the .05 and learning according to the vocational
