Strategic Development for the Administration of Educational Quality Developing Plans of Basic Schools under Kamphaeng Phet Primary Educational Service Area Offices 1 And 2

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study the conditions, the problems, and the
factors related with the administration of educational quality developing plans of basic
schools under Kamphaeng Phet Primary Educational Service Area Offices 1 and 2, to develop
the strategy for the administration of educational quality developing plans of basic schools
under Kamphaeng Phet Primary Educational Service Area Offices 1 and 2, and to evaluate the
strategy for the administration of educational quality developing plans of basic schools under
Kamphaeng Phet Primary Educational Service Area Offices 1 and 2. The samples were
obtained by stratified Random Sampling which consisted of 748 persons namely administratorsEducational Service Area Offices 1 and 2. The research instruments were a questionnaire,
interview, focus group discussion, workshop and connoisseurship
The research findings were ad follows:
The conditions of administration of educational quality developing plans under Kamphaeng
Phet Educational Service Area Offices 1 and 2 were found the related persons were trained to
understand the developing plans by setting the workshop and document study. For evaluation
and review of developing plans, it was found that the results of evaluation were used to set
the next educational quality developing plan.
The problems of administration of educational quality developing plans under Kamphaeng
Phet Educational Service Area Offices 1 and 2 were found that the most average mean was
evaluation and review of developing plan, it was found that the organization lacked the
evaluation of a half of plan.
The factors related to the administration of educational quality developing plans under
Kamphaeng Phet Educational Service Area Offices 1 and 2 were found that the high levels
were administrators, teachers and the policy of government and superior sectors, whereas
school boards, money, materials, economics society and technology wee at the moderate level.
The lowest mean was economic.
The development for the strategy of the administration of educational quality developing
plans of basic schools under Kamphaeng Phet Primary Educational Service Area Offices 1
and 2 consisted of 10 strategies of 1) the enhancement of knowledge, skills, and new concepts
for the related persons on educational planning, 2) improving data and information to be
modern and responsive educational quality developing plans, 3) improving the educational
quality development plans to be good, 4) improving the annual operation plans-setting and
the proceeding the educational quality developing plans, 5) urging the motivation for personnel to
operate through the educational quality developing plans, 6) increasing the abilities of team
and all personnel to drive the strategies, 7) enhancement the cooperation of all sectors to
provide resources, 8) the enhancement of knowledge, skills, and good attitudes to related
persons for evaluation and review of educational quality developing plans, 9) developing the
process of evaluation and review of educational quality developing plans, and 10) urging
personnel to use the results of evaluation and review of educational quality developing plans
for the operation.
The evaluation of the strategy for the administration of educational quality developing
plans of basic schools under Kamphaeng Phet Primary Educational Service Area Offices 1
and 2, was found that all strategies had the agreement, appropriateness possibility and the
utility at the high levels and the highest levels.
