Good Governance Affecting the Effectiveness of Educational Opportunity Expansion School of Suphanburi Primary Education Service Area Office 2

Abstract

This research aimed to study good governance affecting the effectiveness of educational
opportunity expansion school under Suphanburi Primary Education Service Area Office 2.
The research consisted of two phases.
1) Study of using good governance affecting the effectiveness of educational
opportunity expansion school under Suphanburi Primary Education Service Area Office 2.
The sample groups contained 27 administrators, teachers and educational personnel 299
people. The total was 326 people, chosen by purposive sample. And simple random sampling
during the 2011 academic year.
2) Presentation of good governance affecting the effectiveness of educational
opportunity expansion school under Suphanburi Primary Education Service Area 2. Data were
collected using 5 point rating scale questionnaire to a reliability of 0.98 and statistically
analyzed in percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson production moment correlation
coefficient. And stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The results showed was as follows:
1) Good governance of educational opportunity expansion school under Suphanburi
Primary Education Service Area Office 2 hard at high level.
2) Effectiveness of educational opportunity expansion school under Suphanburi
Primary Education Service Area Office 2 at high level.
3) Good governance and effectiveness of educational opportunity expansion school
under Suphanburi Primary Education Service Area Office 2 to relations.
4) Good governance affecting the effectiveness of educational opportunity expansion
school under Suphanburi Primary Education Service Area Office 2 could be predicted overall
70.04 percentage. In addition, the rule of law, moral, responsibility, transparency, participation,
