Knowledge Management Process Affecting the Effectiveness of Educational Opportunity Expansion School of Suphanburi Primary Education Service Area Office 2

Abstract

This research aimed to study knowledge management process affecting the effectiveness of
educational opportunity expansion school under Suphanburi Primary Education Service Area
Office 2. The research consisted of two phases:
1) Study of using knowledge management process affecting the effectiveness of
educational opportunity expansion school under Suphanburi Primary Education Service Area
Office 2. The sample groups contained 27 administrators, teachers and 299 educational
personnel the total was 326 people, chosen by purposive sample and simple random sampling
during the 2011 academic year.
2) Presentation of knowledge management process affecting the effectiveness of
educational opportunity expansion school under Suphanburi Primary Education Service Area
2. Data were collected by using 5 points rating scale questionnaire to a reliability 0.96 and
statistically analyzed in percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson production moment
correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The results showed that:
1) Knowledge management process of educational opportunity expansion school under
Suphanburi Primary Education Service Area Office 2 was generally found at high level.
2) Effectiveness of educational opportunity expansion school under Suphanburi
Primary Education Service Area Office 2 showed at high level.
3) Knowledge management process and effectiveness of educational opportunity
expansion school under Suphanburi Primary Education Service Area Office 2 to relations.
4) Knowledge management process affecting the effectiveness of educational
opportunity expansion school under Suphanburi Primary Education Service Area Office 2
predicted overall at 99.14 percentages. In addition, the learning knowledge condification and
refinement, Access to knowledge. Knowledge sharing, knowledge management and knowledgeidentification and value. Affecting the effectiveness of educational opportunity expansion
school under Suphanburi Primary Education Service Area Office 2. The equation in standard
