The Study of Problems in Strategic Planning of Basic Educational Institutions for The Office of Trat Education Service Area.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study and compares problems in strategic planning of basic educational institutions of Trat Education Service Area by position and sizes of school .  The samples were 226 for 113 school administrators and 113 teachers in the school. Research instrument was 5 rating-scale questionnaires. Collected data were analyzed to find percentage, mean, standard deviation and compare problems in strategic planning of basic educational by  t-test and One way ANOVA.

              The results of the study were as follows : 1) The problems in strategic planning of basic educational institutions of Trat Education Service Area ware total and an individual step at    a middle level. 2) A comparison problems in strategic planning of basic educational institutions of Trat Education Service Area between of administrators and teachers were not significantly different. 3) A comparison problems in strategic planning of basic educational institutions of Trat Education Service Area between of administrators and teachers by school sizes the whole were significantly different at the level of .01. Comparing between the large school the medium school was significantly different at the level of .01. When specifically considered, the direction specification of the school  and strategy specification of the school were significantly different at the level of .01. except the status of school was significantly different at the of .05, most of large school and medium school were significantly different at the of .05.
