The development for participatory administration of professional clubs to improve the members of Association of Future Thai Professional (AFT), Thoeng Technical College

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to develop the participatory administration and develop the members of Association of Future Thai Professional (AFT), Thoeng Technical College. The research had 5 steps including: 1) to study the conditions and the guidelines for participatory administration of professional clubs to improve the members of AFT, Thoeng Technical College; 2) to create the model of participatory administration of professional clubs to improve the members of AFT, Thoeng Technical College; 3) to try out the model; 4) to implement the model in the actual context; and 5) to assess the development of participatory administration of professicnal clubs to improve the members of AFT, Thoeng Technical Callege. The findings showed that the established model consisted of 5 components including: 1) the principle of participatory administration of professional clubs; 2) the committees of the development of participatory administration of professional clubs; 3) the cooperative network of professional clubs for activities development; 4) the development process of participatory administration of professional clubs; and 5) the performance results of the participatory administration development of the professional clubs. In terms of the students’ qualities of being a good person, intelligent, and happiness, the overall scores was at the highest level. Accordingly, the cooperative networks were increased into 14.
