Management Cooperation Network Model to develop business potential of the elderly in Samutprakarn Province

Abstract

The research of “Management Cooperation Network Model to Develop Business Potential of the Elderly in Samutprakarn Province” aims tostudy; 1) the roles and responsibilities of personnel and agency involved in the business potential development of the elderly, 2) problems and obstacles in working according to the roles and responsibilities of personnel and agency involved in the business potential development of the elderly, 3) management cooperation ,network model to develop business potential of the elderly. The population studied were people and personnel/agency responsible to the business potential development of the elderly in Samutprakarn Province. Instruments used were interview and questionnaire. Data was collected by interview, survey and focus group. Statistics analysis were percentage, means, standard deviation and data was analyzed and synthesized.

          The findings showed that:

          1.The roles and responsibilities of personnel and agency involved in the business potential development of the elderly were In Samut Prakan Province, there are 2 aspects as follows: 1.1 Promotion of career creation 1.2 Business education 1.3 Management     2. Problems and obstacles in the performance of roles and duties of individuals and agencies involved in the development of business potential of the elderly are in three areas as follows: 2.1 Occupational promotion promotion 2.2 Education education in Do business 2.3 management 3. The management cooperation, networkmodel to develop business potential of the elderly consisted Complete of 3 parts. They were: 1. Scopes of developing business potential of the elderly 2. Elements of Cooperative Network
