Abstract
The research has objective to survey cultural capital of Tailue in Ban Luang Nue, Analyze Community Based Sustainable Tourism Development of Global Sustainable Tourism Criteria: GSTC and propose cultural capital guidelines for developing Sustainable Tourism. The research presents qualitative research method. The data was collected by reviewing from the original document, surveying, in-depth interview and group discussion to collect data from the community leaders, the entrepreneur and the stakeholders. The results of the research found that Tailue in Ban Luang Nue has 6 cultural capitals. Analyzing Community Based Sustainable Tourism Development of Global Sustainable Tourism Criteria found that include both Sustainable management, Socioeconomic impacts, Cultural impacts and Environmental impacts. The cultural capital guidelines for developing Sustainable Tourism are as follow: plan for learning process management both local people and tourists and raise awareness for cultural resources of local people and tourists. The activities for tourists should focus on cultural heritage interpretation for knowledge sharing between tourists and local people.
