บทคัดย่อ

การบริหารจัดการงานวิจัยในมหาวิทยาลัยจำเป็นต้องอาศัยระบบสารสนเทศที่มีประสิทธิภาพเพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานอย่างครบถ้วนและรวดเร็ว โดยเฉพาะในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงราย ซึ่งมุ่งเน้นการสร้างองค์ความรู้และพัฒนานวัตกรรมเพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของชุมชนและสังคม การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ความต้องการของระบบสารสนเทศ 2) พัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ และ 3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจ ของผู้ใช้งานระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารจัดการงานวิจัยของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงราย กลุ่มเป้าหมายประกอบด้วยบุคลากรสายวิชาการ 463 คน ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิในการประเมินประสิทธิภาพระบบ และผู้ใช้งานระบบจากตัวแทน 4 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัย ผู้บริหารสถาบันวิจัย นักวิจัย และหน่วยงานจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามแบบประเมินประสิทธิภาพ และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติบรรยาย (ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน)
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า
1) ความต้องการระบบโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยด้านปัจจัยนำเข้ามีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านกระบวนการ ข้อมูลป้อนกลับ และผลผลิต
2) ประสิทธิภาพระบบโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ด้านการรักษาความปลอดภัยมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด ตามด้วยด้านการตอบสนองความต้องการและความสามารถในการทำงาน
3) ความพึงพอใจต่อระบบโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดโดยความสะดวกในการกรอกข้อมูลและการครอบคลุมงานวิจัยมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด รองลงมาคือ การออกแบบหน้าจอที่เหมาะสม การรองรับข้อมูลที่ใช้งานได้ และความสามารถในการปรับปรุงแก้ไขข้อมูล การพัฒนาระบบนี้จะช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการงานวิจัย ลดความซ้ำซ้อนของกระบวนการ ส่งเสริมการทำงานร่วมกันและสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจเชิงนโยบาย อันจะนำไปสู่การพัฒนางานวิจัยที่มีคุณภาพและเป็นประโยชน์ต่อสังคมอย่างยั่งยืน
