Abstract

The purpose of this study were To 1)develop learning materials via mobile devices in the subject Information Technology and Educational Communication, Faculty of Education, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University to develop quality problem solving skills and 2) To compare Groups that study with normal methods And the group learning with learning materials via mobile communication devices in information technology and educational communication, Faculty of Education, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University to improve problem solving skills. Samples of used in this research were students of the Faculty of Education. Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, 63 people who have obtained from purposive sampling. The researcher is the instructor in the learning innovation course. Form the assessment of the consistency of input factors. Suitability of processing Appropriateness of problem solving skills And the appropriateness of Feedback. The study indicated that Development of learning materials via mobile devices in information technology and educational communication, Faculty of Education, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University to improve problem solving skills. The research results are as follows The efficiency is 83.91 / 86.98 which is higher than the set 80/80 criteria, has higher learning achievement with the value of t is equal to 58.61 and can be used as a guideline in the development of learning activities in other subjects.
