Publication fee 

The journal will charge a fee of 4,000 baht per 1 article. The author must register and pay fees in the system. The journal will bring this fee to work within and will return only if the editorial rejects the publication. If submitted to experts, evaluate the article Journal will not return fees.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Policy for Authors

       UBRU International Journal recognizes the growing role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies in the preparation of academic and scholarly works. To ensure that the use of AI is appropriate, transparent, and consistent with research and publication ethics, the Journal has established the following guidelines for authors.

1. Permitted Uses of AI

       Authors may use AI as an assistive tool in manuscript preparation for the following purposes:

1. Checking grammar, spelling, and language accuracy.
2. Improving writing style to enhance clarity, conciseness, and academic tone.
3. Translating or assisting with language editing in Thai and English.
4. Assisting with the formatting of manuscripts, tables, figures, and references in accordance with the Journal’s guidelines.
5. Assisting with preliminary searches for information, keywords, and literature relevant to the research, provided that authors independently verify the accuracy and sources of all information.
6. Summarizing or refining content already prepared by the authors to improve clarity of presentation.

       AI systems or AI-based tools must not be listed as authors or co-authors of a manuscript.

2. Prohibited Uses of AI

       The Journal does not permit the use of AI to perform substantive scholarly or research activities that may compromise the accuracy, integrity, or credibility of a manuscript. Prohibited uses include:

1. Generating research data, questionnaire responses, interview data, field data, or experimental data that were not actually collected or obtained.
2. Creating, altering, fabricating, falsifying, or improperly modifying research data or study results.
3. Performing statistical analysis or analyzing research data or study results on behalf of the authors.
4. Calculating research results or generating statistical results on behalf of the authors.
5. Generating research findings, scholarly conclusions, academic propositions, or new knowledge on behalf of the authors.
6. Generating fabricated or non-existent references, cited articles, bibliographic entries, DOIs, or information sources, including generating synthetic or artificial images for use as research evidence or research results.
7. Writing an entire manuscript on behalf of the authors.

3. Authors’ Responsibilities

       Authors are fully responsible for the accuracy, reliability, integrity, and ethical standards of the entire manuscript, regardless of whether AI tools have been used to assist in its preparation.

       The interpretation of research findings, discussion of results, synthesis of knowledge, and formulation of research or study conclusions are the scholarly responsibilities of the authors and should not be delegated to AI.

       The Journal reserves the right to request additional information or clarification regarding the use of AI in the preparation of a manuscript. The Journal may reject a manuscript or decline its publication if the use of AI is found to be inconsistent with this policy.

This shall take effect on September 23, 2026.
