Thai manners and values policy implementation in a school

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study Thai manners and values policy implementation in a school. Population groups were 22 primary teachers. Data was gathered by questionnaires and analyzed by descriptive statistic methods which were frequency distribution, percentage, mean and standard deviation.
The study could be concluded as follow. Thai manners and values policy implementation in a school in six aspects. It was found that Objective aspect was in a high level and got the highest average. Then Disposition of Implementers, Characteristic of lamenting agencies, Economic: Social and Political conditions and Policy resource were in a fair level. Inter-organizational communication was in the lowest average.
