Abstract
The objective of this research is 1) to study needs assessment in managing the dual vocational education system of educational institutions under the jurisdiction of the Vocational Education Office, Phitsanulok Province. The population of this research was 486 school administrators and teachers in educational institutions under the jurisdiction of the Vocational Education Office, Phitsanulok Province. The sample is 5 schools administrators, 24 teachers, a total of 214 people. The tool was the and 5 rating-scale dual-response Format questionnaires. The questionnaire used to collect data and analyzed by the mean, standard deviation and modified priority needs (index: PNI modified) and content analysis.The research finding were as follows 1) the overall current conditions of dual vocational education system of educational institutions under the jurisdiction of the Vocational Education Office were at the high average level, and the overall desired conditions of dual vocational education system of educational institutions under the jurisdiction of the Vocational Education Office were at the highest average level. 2) Needs assessment in managing the dual vocational education system of educational institutions under the jurisdiction of the Vocational Education Office, Phitsanulok Province, Sorted by the most essential needs, vocational training supervision, next is the aspect of including management, In terms of cooperation in management, In terms of curriculum management, In terms of teaching and vocational training management and measurement and evaluation
