System Leadership of School Administrators Affecting the Effectiveness of Academic Administration under Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to investigate 1) the level of systems leadership of school administrators 2) the level of effectiveness in academic administrationof schools 3) the relationship between the systems leadership of school administrators and the effectiveness of academic administration and 4) the systems leadership factors    of school administrators affecting the effectiveness of academic administration under the Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The research sample consisted of 331 participants, including school administrators and teachers under the Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The research instrument was a five-point rating scale questionnaire, with an overall reliability coefficient of 0.954. The statistics employed for data analysis comprised percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product–moment correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. The findings revealed that: 1) the overall level of systems leadership of school administrators was at a high level 2) the overall effectiveness of academic administration in schools was also at a high level 3) the systems leadership of school administrators and the effectiveness of academic administration demonstrated a positive correlation and      4) the systems leadership factors of school administrators significantly influenced          the effectiveness of academic administration at the 0.01 level of statistical significance.    The predictive equations could be formulated in both raw score and standardized score forms as follows:
