อิทธิพลส่งผ่านของความสนใจส่วนบุคคลต่อปัจจัยในการเลือกศึกษาต่อหลักสูตรการโรงแรมและท่องเที่ยวในระดับอุดมศึกษาของนักเรียนในภาคใต้ของประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจของนักเรียนในการเลือกหลักสูตรด้านการโรงแรมและการท่องเที่ยวในสถาบันอุดมศึกษา และวิเคราะห์อิทธิพลส่งผ่านของความสนใจส่วนบุคคลในด้านการโรงแรมและการท่องเที่ยวต่อการตัดสินใจศึกษาต่อในระดับอุดมศึกษาทางด้านการโรงแรมและการท่องเที่ยว โดยได้ทำการสำรวจนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 จำนวน 539 คนในภาคใต้ของประเทศไทย เพื่อวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพล 6 ด้าน รวมถึงอิทธิพลส่งผ่านแบบบางส่วน ทั้งนี้ วิเคราะห์โดยใช้เทคนิค Partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) ได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาอยู่ระหว่าง 0.799 ถึง 0.907 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจของนักเรียนในการเลือกเรียนหลักสูตรด้านการโรงแรมและการท่องเที่ยว ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านชื่อเสียงของมหาวิทยาลัยและคณะ คุณภาพของหลักสูตร บรรยากาศในมหาวิทยาลัย แนวโน้มตลาดแรงงาน และค่าตอบแทน ยกเว้นปัจจัยด้านตำแหน่งงานที่ไม่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ในภาคใต้ และพบว่า ความสนใจส่วนบุคคลมีผลทางอิทธิพลส่งผ่านแบบบางส่วนของปัจจัยด้านคุณภาพหลักสูตรและแนวโน้มตลาดแรงงาน ขณะที่มีผลทางอิทธิพลส่งผ่านแบบเต็มต่อปัจจัยด้านตำแหน่งงานต่อการตัดสินใจศึกษาต่อในหลักสูตรด้านการโรงแรมและการท่องเที่ยวของนักเรียน
