THE APPLICATION OF INNOVATION TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE IN THE COMMUNITY ACCORDING TO THE NEW THEORY KHOK NONG NA MODEL IN UDON THANI PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this research paper were 1) to study local management to promote creative tourism along the border of Nong Khai and Bueng Kan Provinces 2) to study factors influencing local management to promote creative tourism along the provincial border Nong Khai and Bueng Kan and 3) to study guidelines for the development of local management to promote creative tourism along the border of Nong Khai and Bueng Kan provinces It is a combination of quantitative research and qualitative research. The sample group used in this research was 400 people the sample size was determined by Taro Yamane's calculation formula using multi-stage random sampling. and civil servants in Nong Khai and Bueng Kan provinces. Information contributors from government informants a group of information providers from government officials of 10 people by selecting a specific method were used to find information in the interview. The research tools were questionnaires. and interview form The statistics used in the data analysis were frequency, percentage, multiple regression analysis using hierarchical variable selection method, and data description, classification, data analysis and analyze the data Write a report according to the objectives accompanying the discussion of the results.

        The results showed that 1) The level of local administration to promote creative tourism along the border of Nong Khai and Bueng Kan Provinces dependent variables in all aspects found that the level of local administration to promote creative tourism along the border of Nong Khai and Bueng Kan Province was at a moderate level ( = 3.06 S.D.=.37), in descending order as follows The support aspect was at a moderate level ( =3.11 S.D.=.37), the promotion aspect was at a moderate level ( =3.08 S.D.=.17), and the coordination aspect was at a moderate level ( =3.01 S.D.=.68), respectively. 2) Factors Influencing Local Management to Promote Creative Tourism along the Border of Nong Khai and Bueng Kan Provinces overall in all aspects significantly, including leadershipX₄ Evaluation aspectX₃ the two independent variables had predictive coefficients in raw scores (b) of .425 and .278, respectively. 3) Tourist accommodation should be promoted and activities capable of engaging tourism are encouraged. By building knowledge and understanding about cultural tourism with participative public relations through media such as radio, brochures, advertisements in a comprehensive manner, as well as solving problems by collaborating with the community. and to allow government agencies to promote participation in tourism, as well as to allow local agencies to promote public relations through a comprehensive network of partners Organize staff to provide services to coordinate seriously by allowing the staff to have knowledge, understanding and coordination to transfer knowledge to tourists on various matters by creating an impression with satisfaction Attention and needs of tourists in various coordination services Give advice from government agencies seriously and network partners play a role in public relations and provide necessary documents and supplies, including the budget for the implementation of creative tourism activities in the province as participant.
