A STUDY OF PROFESSIONALSHIP OF THE SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER NAKHONRATCHASIMA PROVINCIAL LOCAL ADMINISTRATION

This research aimed to 1) study the level of perception and 2) compare the professional perception of school administrators. The 587 participants were employed in schools under the Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Administrative Organization, included school directors, deputy directors and the heads of general subject group, which they were stratified randomly, according to their experience and the school sizes. The sample size using the Krejcie and Morgan sample was 230 participants. Using a measuring 5 scales questionnaire collected the data, and consistency value was 60-1.00, a confidence value was 0.98 and each item was 0.84-0.95 respectively. The descriptive statistics, which were used to analyze the data, together with Percentage, mean and One-way ANOVA (f-test) and LSD were used as a standard deviation. The research found that Perception of professionalism of school administrators. The overall and individual aspects were at the highest level, the perception of professionalism of school administrators showed no difference in 1) academic leadership, 2) vision and potential, 3) public consciousness, 4) ethical consciousness, and 5) cooperation. One the other hand, the difference was found in the concept of management among the school administrators, but there was no difference in the professional perceptions, that revealed statistically significant at the 0.05 level.
