To ensure academic rigor, integrity, and quality, all manuscripts submitted to the journal undergo a strict peer-review process prior to publication. Each manuscript is evaluated by at least two qualified reviewers under a double-blind peer review system, in which the identities of both authors and reviewers are concealed. This process ensures fairness, transparency, and objectivity in manuscript assessment.

In order to prevent conflicts of interest and to maintain independence in the review process, the journal applies the following review policy:

  • Manuscripts submitted by internal authors are reviewed exclusively by external reviewers who are not affiliated with the journal’s host institution.

  • Manuscripts submitted by external authors are reviewed by internal or external reviewers, as appropriate, who possess relevant expertise and have no conflicts of interest with the authors.

All reviewers are selected based on their academic expertise, professional experience, and independence from the authors. Publication decisions are made by the Editorial Board based on reviewers’ recommendations, scholarly merit, originality, and relevance to the journal’s scope, in accordance with internationally recognized standards of publication ethics.
