This is the 4th issues of the journal for the year 2025. The journal has been assessed for quality assurance by the Thai Journal Citation Index (TCI) to be in Group 1 (January 1, 2025 - December 31, 2029) to maintain the quality of the journal in accordance with international conditions and regulations. The editorial team has followed the principled process of publishing articles according to the criteria of the Office of the Higher Education Commission in all respects.

The editorial team would like to thank the authors, members, and readers for their interest and trust in our journal.
