การจัดการการศึกษาระดับชั้นปฐมวัยและประถมศึกษาช่วงการแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา (โควิด 19)

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อศึกษาวิเคราะห์แนวทาง ลักษณะ และปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการการศึกษาระดับปฐมวัยและประถมศึกษาในช่วงเวลาที่มีการระบาดของเชื้อโรคไวรัสโคโรนา หรือ COVID-19 ครั้งแรกในเดือนมีนาคม ปี 2563 โดยดำเนินการในรูปแบบวิจัยและพัฒนาที่ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมจากการลงมือปฏิบัติจริงของครู เจ้าหน้าที่ด้านเทคโนโลยีการศึกษา คณะผู้บริหาร นักเรียน และผู้ปกครอง เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการเรียนการสอนแนวใหม่อย่างเร่งด่วน ตามมาตรการป้องกันและเฝ้าระวังของรัฐบาลและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ประชากร คือ นักเรียนชั้นอนุบาลและประถมศึกษาจำนวน 130 คน ผู้ปกครองจำนวน 130 คน ครูจำนวน 11 คน ผู้บริหารจำนวน 6 คน และเจ้าหน้าที่จำนวน 2 คน ณ โรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร (ปฐมวัยและประถมศึกษา) จังหวัดพิษณุโลก เครื่องมือวิจัย คือ แบบสำรวจความคิดเห็น การสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้สำหรับ 6 สัปดาห์ กรอบแสดงเรื่องราวพร้อมบทสคริปต์ และคลิปวิดีโอสองภาษาที่โรงเรียนผลิตขึ้น จำนวน 11 คลิป ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนระดับปฐมวัยและประถมศึกษาของโรงเรียนสาธิตฯ ในช่วงการระบาดดังกล่าว มีข้อจำกัดหลายอย่างเนื่องด้วยมาตรการต่างๆ เช่น การรักษาระยะห่าง การสวมหน้ากาก การห้ามเข้าพื้นที่ การงดการเรียนการสอนแบบเข้าพื้นที่ และการกำหนดให้มีการเรียนการสอนแบบออนไลน์ อย่างไรก็ดี ข้อจำกัดเหล่านั้นได้ก่อให้เกิดนวัตกรรมการเรียนการสอนรูปแบบใหม่ที่เหมาะสมกับบริบทของโรงเรียนในช่วงเวลาการระบาดของโรคครั้งแรก และสามารถพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง
