บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการสอบสัมภาษณ์รูปแบบออนไลน์ด้วย Zoom Application เพื่อคัดเลือกบุคคลเข้าศึกษาต่อในระดับมหาวิทยาลัย ตามหลักการ ADDIE model และศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้ารับการสอบสัมภาษณ์รูปแบบออนไลน์ โดยใช้ Zoom Application กลุ่มตัวอย่างการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ผู้เข้ารับการสอบสัมภาษณ์ จำนวน 254 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ADDIE model กระบวนการสอบสัมภาษณ์รูปแบบออนไลน์ และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ สำหรับการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเป็นการหาค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า คณะฯ มีแนวทางจากการศึกษากระบวนการตาม ADDIE model ในการดำเนินงานสอบสัมภาษณ์รูปแบบออนไลน์ เพื่อคัดเลือกบุคคลเข้าศึกษาต่อฯ ในรูปแบบออนไลน์ และความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้ารับการสอบสัมภาษณ์ ด้วย Zoom Application อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (M = 4.56) ความพร้อมของทางคณะในการดำเนินการสัมภาษณ์รูปแบบออนไลน์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (M = 4.72) และความพึงพอใจด้านประสิทธิผล การสอบสัมภาษณ์ออนไลน์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (M = 4.69)
