เว็บไซต์สารสนเทศสำหรับนักศึกษาใหม่ที่เน้นผู้ใช้เป็นศูนย์กลาง: การออกแบบและประเมินประสิทธิภาพ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาและประเมินประสิทธิภาพเว็บไซต์สารสนเทศสำหรับนักศึกษาใหม่ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครศรีธรรมราช โดยประยุกต์แนวคิดการออกแบบที่เน้นผู้ใช้เป็นศูนย์กลาง (User-centered design: UCD) ร่วมกับมาตรฐานการพัฒนาเว็บไซต์สมัยใหม่ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการประเมินประกอบด้วย Google Lighthouse, Google PageSpeed Insights และ Google Analytics และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจจากนักศึกษาใหม่ จำนวน 440 คน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า เว็บไซต์ที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีคุณภาพด้านการออกแบบและการใช้งานอยู่ในระดับดีมาก ตามการประเมินของผู้เชี่ยวชาญ (M = 4.65, SD = 0.32) มีประสิทธิภาพด้านเทคนิคผ่านเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน Core web vitals และมีการเข้าถึงผ่านอุปกรณ์เคลื่อนที่เป็นส่วนใหญ่ สะท้อนให้เห็นว่าโครงสร้างและการออกแบบเว็บไซต์สอดคล้องกับพฤติกรรมการค้นหาข้อมูลของผู้ใช้งาน นอกจากนี้ ผู้ใช้มีความพึงพอใจต่อเว็บไซต์ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (M = 4.43, SD = 0.93) โดยเฉพาะด้านประโยชน์และการนำไปใช้งาน สรุปได้ว่า การบูรณาการแนวคิดการออกแบบที่เน้นผู้ใช้เป็นศูนย์กลางร่วมกับมาตรฐานการพัฒนาเว็บไซต์สมัยใหม่ ช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของเว็บไซต์และสนับสนุนการเผยแพร่สารสนเทศของมหาวิทยาลัยให้เข้าถึงกลุ่มเป้าหมายได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
